All digital products include three free downloads and updates for one month from the purchase date.

3. Payment and Renewal

General Terms
By purchasing a product or subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay Costeca the one-time or subscription fees indicated. Subscription payments are charged upfront and cover the specified period as shown on the plan. Payments are non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal
Costeca does not automatically renew individual product purchases. For membership subscriptions, automatic renewal will occur at the end of the subscription period, keeping your access active unless you cancel beforehand. If canceled, you may reactivate a subscription at any time.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant availability of downloadable products, all sales are final. Refunds are only available in the rare case a product is completely unusable. In such cases, we may attempt to resolve the issue, but if a solution is unavailable, a refund will be processed directly to your account. Note that Membership Plans are non-refundable, as benefits are granted immediately upon purchase.

Refunds are not offered for user error, change of mind, or mistaken orders.
